Maintenance: Vacuum with an upholstery brush or hand brush with a lint removal tool/lint roller.
We love that wool can be self-cleaning by airing out. Dry dirt or dust can be removed with a vacuum.
If you encounter a stain, spot clean discrete areas with a slightly damp warm cloth and mild soap/detergent. Pat the area to remove the stain and lay the mittens right side up on a towel to dry at room temperature away from direct sunlight.
Should it be necessary to clean the entire mitten, eco dry cleaning is recommended.
Since we are a small business and covered the initial shipping costs, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your store credit.
We will make this as easy as possible for you by sending you a link to print a return label. Once your return label is printed, drop your item off at Canada Post for return.
