Made to fit your device: Please provide your e-reader's width, height, and depth in centimetres or inches, along with your chosen wool colours. Measure your actual device, including any protective case you plan to keep on, to ensure the best fit.

100% designer wool felt: made of new pure wool from Germany and Holland. Dyes are low-impact OEKO-TEX certified. All dyeing takes place in Europe ensuring environmental and worker regulations are respected.

Care Instructions:

Maintenance: Vacuum with an upholstery brush or hand brush with a lint removal tool/lint roller. When dusting, it is normal to have a slight shedding of fibres. These loosened fibres will decrease over time.

We love that wool can be self-cleaning by airing out. Dry dirt or dust can be removed with a vacuum.

If you encounter a stain, spot clean discrete areas with a slightly damp warm cloth and mild soap/detergent. Pat the area to remove the stain and lay the sleeve right side up on a towel to dry at room temperature away from direct sunlight.

Should it be necessary to clean the entire sleeve, eco dry cleaning is recommended.

Custom-made and made-to-order pieces are final sale. This includes any felted item made to a customer's specifications, including custom colour combinations, sizing, or dimensions. Once your order has been placed and confirmed, it is not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.

To ensure your complete satisfaction, please carefully review all customization details before placing your order. This includes confirming your chosen colours, dimensions, and sizing requirements. For custom-sized pieces, please double-check all measurements before submitting your order.

For non-customized items, we offer returns within 14 days of purchase. Please email us at info@stemargscot.com and we'll send you a link to print a return label. You can return your product for an exchange or refund to the original payment method, less the return shipping cost.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Shipping Returns

As a small business, we cover the initial shipping costs on your order. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from your refund or store credit, as applicable.

We'll make the process as easy as possible by sending you a link to print a return label. Once printed, simply drop your item off at Canada Post for return.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
