Ethically grown, spun, woven and sewn in Canada.
Care:
Hang your wool jacket in fresh air and sunlight to freshen.
Spot clean with water (2/3) and vinegar/soda water (1/3) to remove discrete spots. Lightly dab the area to lift the stain.
Hand wash or machine wash on delicate with cold water and mild detergent (Eucalan).
Lay flat to air dry. Do NOT machine dry.
Store your coat in a sealed bag when not in use
Refunds:
Custom embroidered and personalized pieces are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds once your order has been placed and confirmed.
To ensure your complete satisfaction, please carefully review and confirm your customization details. This includes verifying size, heart colours, and thread colours.
If your piece has no personalization, we offer easy returns within 14 days of purchase. Email us at info@stemargscot.com and we will send you a link to print a return label. You can return your product for exchange or a refund (minus the return shipping cost) to the original payment method. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange your non-personalized/unembroidered item for whatever reason, please send us an email at info@stemargscot.com and we’ll be happy to help.
Shipping returns
Since we are a small business and covered the initial shipping costs, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your store credit.
We will make this as easy as possible for you by sending you a link to print a return label. Once your return label is printed, drop your item off at Canada Post for return.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
