100% designer wool felt: made of new pure wool from Germany and Holland. Dyes are low-impact OEKO-TEX certified. All dyeing takes place in Europe ensuring environmental and worker regulations are respected.
Care Instructions:
Maintenance: Vacuum with an upholstery brush or hand brush with a lint removal tool/lint roller. When dusting, it is normal to have a slight shedding of fibres. These loosened fibres will decrease over time.
We love that wool can be self-cleaning by airing out. Dry dirt or dust can be removed with a vacuum.
If you encounter a stain, spot clean discrete areas with a slightly damp warm cloth and mild soap/detergent. Pat the area to remove the stain and lay the coaster right side up on a towel to dry at room temperature away from direct sunlight.
Since we are a small business and covered the initial shipping costs, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your store credit.
We will make this as easy as possible for you by sending you a link to print a return label. Once your return label is printed, drop your item off at Canada Post for return.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
