100% designer wool felt: made of new pure wool from Germany and Holland. Dyes are low-impact OEKO-TEX certified. All dyeing takes place in Europe ensuring environmental and worker regulations are respected.
Care Instructions:
Maintenance: Vacuum with an upholstery brush or hand brush with a lint removal tool/lint roller. When dusting, it is normal to have a slight shedding of fibres. These loosened fibres will decrease over time.
We love that wool can be self-cleaning by airing out. Dry dirt or dust can be removed with a vacuum.
If you encounter a stain, spot clean discrete areas with a slightly damp warm cloth and mild soap/detergent. Pat the area to remove the stain and lay the sleeve right side up on a towel to dry at room temperature away from direct sunlight.
Should it be necessary to clean the entire sleeve, eco dry cleaning is recommended.
If you receive an item that is defective or differs significantly from your confirmed order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your shipment. We will review the issue and, if it meets our criteria, we may offer a replacement or repair.
Since we are a small business and covered the initial shipping costs, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your store credit.
