
Shipping Policy
We offer thoughtful, reliable shipping to customers in Canada, the United States, and beyond. All orders are carefully packaged and shipped with care from our studio.
Canada & United States
Shipping within Canada and the U.S. is always free.
This includes tracking and standard delivery times.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Most orders arrive within 5–10 business days, depending on location and seasonal volume.
International Shipping
We ship internationally and are happy to bring our garments to you wherever you are. Shipping rates for international orders vary depending on destination, parcel size, and service level.
International shipping charges will be calculated at checkout. Delivery times may vary and do not include any customs processing delays.
Please note: Any applicable duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped within 3–7 business days, unless otherwise noted (e.g., for pre-orders or made-to-order garments). You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.
REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Returns
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer easy returns within 14 days of purchase. Email us at info@stemargscot.com and we will send you a link to print a return label. You can return your product for exchange or a refund (minus the return shipping cost) to the original payment method. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging.
Exchanges
Exchanges may be possible depending on inventory availability. Please email info@stemargscot.com to inquire. Once the return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label.
Please note: Pre-orders and custom orders are not eligible for exchange.
Pre-Orders & Custom Orders
Each pre-order is made especially to order—crafted in the selected size, colour, and style. As such, pre-orders and custom orders are final sale and not eligible for return, exchange, or refund. This includes any garments with heart patches, custom colours, or sizing adjustments.
We strongly encourage careful review of all order details before placing a pre-order. This includes verifying sizing and customization requests.
If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes can be made once the order is in production.
Order Issues & Quality Concerns
Each customizable piece is made with exceptional care. In the rare event that an item arrives with a defect or differs significantly from the confirmed order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. If the issue meets our criteria, a repair or replacement may be offered.
Store Credit
In select cases, and subject to available inventory, store credit may be issued. This is assessed on a case-by-case basis and excludes custom and pre-order items.
To request store credit, the item must be unused, in original packaging and in the same condition as received
Please email info@stemargscot.com to initiate the process. We will provide a link to print a return shipping label. Once your return is received and inspected, your store credit will be issued for the amount of the item cost + HST, minus return shipping costs.
Return Shipping
We are a small business and cover the cost of initial shipping. Return shipping costs are therefore deducted from any issued store credit.
Returns must be shipped via Canada Post using the provided return label. Transit times for exchanges may vary depending on destination.
